I’m Edgars - founder and head coach at AuthenticBody. With an experience in sports for over 20 years, my mission is to guide you on your fitness journey by helping to achieve your best physique, prime health and 2.0 version of yourself.

I am beginner. Will the platform be good for me?Absolutely! When you join our AuthenticBody, we consider your past workout experience to tailor your exercises. Once you sign up, you'll fill out a questionnaire. This helps me create the perfect plan for you. If you're new to exercising, don't worry. I'll set a pace that's easy for you to follow and deliver great results. We'll start with easy workouts and gradually make them more challenging as you get stronger.

How do I know if I’m doing exercises correct?There will be videos of all exercises so you can check your technique. In addition to this, you are more than welcome to always send me videos of you doing the exercises so I can check your technique and give you feedback.

Is online fitness coaching worth it?Let’s it break this way. One hour with personal trainer will be between 20-50€ per hour without any additional resources or support. Here you pay 75€ a month and get lots of helpful tools, support, community to make sure you get your results!

Is this suitable for women as well?Absolutely! We have workout sessions focused on common goals for women like glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Both men and women use similar training methods for the best results in shaping their bodies. This also applies to nutrition. Some expensive “coaches” will try to convince you otherwise, but it's just science. Our programs use the same core principles for both men and women, but we adjust them to fit each person's unique goals and preferences.

Do I need access to a gym?We suggest having a gym for the workouts. However, if you need to exercise at home with less equipment, we can update the training sessions to fit that.
